As part of the setup process for your custom domain, we generate and install the SSL certificates using Let's Encrypt.

If you would like to install your own SSL certificate, we can support this.

How to use your own SSL

Email support@zeroheight.com with the following;

  1. A Full Chain PEM file with your certificates
  2. The private key for the certificates

We will then install your certificates.

Requesting a CSR

If you require a CSR to generate your certificates please email support@zeroheight.com with the following fields;

  • Company name (CN) *required
  • Organisation (O) *required
  • Organisation unit (OU)
  • City or locality (L) *required
  • State (ST) *required
  • Country (C) *required
  • Email address (emailAddress)

We will then send you a ZIP file with your generated CSR. Once you've generated your certificate, please send it back to us and we will upload it on our side.

Your SSL certificate is due to expire

We will send you an email before your certificate expires to remind you about it.

Please send us the latest SSL certificate to support@zeroheight.com along with your custom domain name, and we'll get this updated for you.

Please try to send this to us at least five working days before your certificate is due to expire.
