Teams who have enabled AI features in zeroheight and have their styleguide protected by SSO can enable the zeroheight Assistant for viewers in styleguide settings — a chatbot that's available from within the styleguide editor in zeroheight.

The zeroheight Assistant for viewers provides visitors to your documentation a way to access the documentation via a chatbot/assistant interface

When your viewers use the zeroheight Assistant for viewers, data from your design system will be sent to OpenAI to improve the quality of the response. Neither zeroheight nor OpenAI will use your data for model training purposes.

Enabling the zeroheight Assistant for viewers

The zeroheight Assistant for viewers is available on any styleguide that is protected by SSO — admins and editors can enable the assistant by opening styleguide settings, navigating to AI settings and toggling on the Enable zeroheight Assistant viewers.

If you don't see the toggle double check that your styleguide is protected by SSO.

Once enabled, any visitor to the styleguide will have access to the assistant.

Using the assistant

When viewers arrive on the styleguide they'll see the zeroheight Assistant on the bottom right of the screen:

Clicking the assistant icon will open it and viewers will see three suggested questions and the option to ask their own.

The assistant's response will match any tone of voice instructions configured for the styleguide.

Follow-up questions retain the context of the conversation if you want to start a new topic click the Clear chat button.
