1) Add a new Microsoft Form
2) Create the form
3) Click Collect responses
4) Click on the Copy link
5) In zeroheight, choose the Embed option from the toolbar
6) Paste your MS Form URL. You can resize the frame by dragging the handles to the bottom and right of the embed block.
7) You are ready to gather feedback or information from your users! 👉 Note: You can also add Microsoft Forms to the feedback footer.
