1) Create your sheet in Google Sheets
2) Go to File > Share > Publish to the web > Embed > Publish. Select the URL in src element
3) In zeroheight, choose the Embed option from the toolbar
4) Paste the URL from Google Sheets. You can resize the frame by dragging the handles to the bottom and right of the embed block.
5) Your sheet is viewable in the styleguide
