1) Create your form using Google Forms
2) Click the Send button
3) Choose the send via embed option
4) Copy the link
5) In zeroheight, choose the Embed option from the toolbar
6) Paste your Google Form URL. You can resize the frame by dragging the handles to the bottom and right of the embed block
👉 Note: You only have to use the URL in the src tag in step 3.
7) You are ready to gather feedback or information from your users!
