If they are already a member of your organisation

1. Log in to your zeroheight account
2. Click the profile button at the top of your dashboard
3. Select "Your Organisation"
4. Click into the "Members" section
5. Scroll through the list of users
6. Click the "Make Owner" button next to the user you'd like to transfer ownership to

🔮 Good to know 🔮 

Only Organisation Admins can be made owners 

You can only have one account owner at a time

If they are not a member/Handing over an account to a client

1. Login to the zeroheight account as the organisation admin 
2. Click the profile button at the top of your dashboard
3. Select "Your Profile"
4. Under the "Details" section, edit the email and name boxes (you can also edit the password here if you need to)
5. Click "Save changes"
6. Logout (You will lose access to the organisation)
7. The new owner can now login

The current account owner has left, and I don't have access

If your current account owner has left, and you're unable to login, please reach out to our support team at support@zeroheight.com, and we'll be able to transfer ownership for you.

Please include;

• The email of the current account owner
• The email you'd like the new owner to be
