You can generate a status table to view the status of your components or styleguide pages. This will provide a centralized place to view the status of everything in your design system so your team can ship consistent UX.
zeroheight supports two types of status tables:
- Component status table - a table that shows an overview of statuses from a specific component set.
- Page status table - a table that shows a selection of pages with their associated status and additional information
To add either table to your styleguide, select status table from the toolbar
Add a component status table
- Select Component status table
- If you have multiple component sets created from the styleguide, you'll need to select the component set you want to add. If you only have 1 - it will be added immediately,
Any changes you make to the component set will be reflected in the Component set table in the styleguide.

Add a page status table
Page status tables are auto-generated tables in a set table format. The Last edited column will reflect the last time the page was updated. You can add notes as well as hide and show the last edited and notes columns.
- Select Page status table
- Select which pages you want to add to the table

Update status tags
You can change the status of a page in either the status table or the page itself. You will be able to pick from the dropdown list of your tags.
Change table layout
The "last edited" column will reflect the last time the page was updated, this can be hidden. You can also add a notes columns.
- Hover over the table and click the settings icon
- Toggle on/off Show notes column and Show last edited column
FAQs
If I have a hidden page, can I display it in the table?
If a hidden page is added to a status table, the row will be visible to editors and reviewers (even when previewing pages in view-only mode). Viewers cannot see the row with the hidden page.
